Amelancier lamarckii 0,4–0,6 m

The snowy mespilus is a deciduous tree or multi-stemmed shrub that grows about 4-8 m tall. When they emerge, the leaves are copper-red, elliptical or ovate, and in autumn they turn orange or yellow, which increases the plant's decorative value. Its white, star-shaped flowers bloom in clusters in April. Its fruit is a blue-black berry, round and tasty, reminiscent of blueberries. It is recommended to plant it in a sunny or partially shaded spot, in well-structured soil. Its water needs are medium. It is an excellent choice as a specimen, but also works well in other plant associations.
